🏕️If you’re traveling in/out of Florida on i75, we 🏕️If you’re traveling in/out of Florida on i75, we found an awesome campground for an easy overnight stop - @travelerscampground in Alachua, FL. Overnight guests have easy pull through spots PLUS there are adorable animals! My kids had a blast visiting with the emu, donkeys, goats, pigs, horse and chickens. They also have a dog park for your furry family members to get their energy out + a playground for the kids. In the morning, i75 is right there for you to hop back on. 🍽️ For dinner we visited @prohibitionpizza in nearby High Springs, FL and had delicious gluten free pizzas + cheese bread! It was all so so good. We were impressed with their knowledge of gluten free/cross contamination and their reviews on @findmeglutenfree are what inspired us to visit and we 💯 agree with everything that’s said there 🍕👌🏻 🎸Afterwards the kids ran around and played while we enjoyed some live music at @hsbrewing across the street before heading back for the night. 📌We will definitely be booking this overnight stop again. Here’s how we make quick, gluten free pizzas campi Here’s how we make quick, gluten free pizzas camping with our most used appliance, our Ninja Foodi by @ninjakitchen! 1) We use @bfreefoods Pita Bread as the base, then simply layer with your favorite pizza sauce (ours is @raoshomemade) and mozzarella cheese. 2) Set in the Ninja Foodi and use the broil setting for 5 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! That’s it! We use our Foodi for so much camping (and at home) and can’t recommend it enough. We just finished up a 2.5 week stay at Trackrock C We just finished up a 2.5 week stay at Trackrock Campground in Blairsville, GA and honestly we could have stayed even longer. The property is stunning and my kids and I found endless things to do and explore right on site. We felt immersed in nature while also having full hookups for our RV 👌🏻The campground is conveniently located and we enjoyed downtown Blairsville, antiquing, visiting some tasty local restaurants and hiking at both Vogel State Park and Brasstown Bald. This is a definite new favorite for us and we can’t wait to return!
